TMF Group strengthens footprint in Latin America with acquisition of RSM Brasil BPS, Alphaville unit
TMF Group, a leading global provider of compliance and administrative services, today announced the acquisition of RSM Brasil BPS, the Alphaville-based partnership that specialises in accounting, tax and payroll services.
This acquisition outlines TMF Group’s commitment to strengthening its footprint in Latin America, building on its recent acquisitions of Auren S.C. in Uruguay and KMC Campos y Campos, S.C. and Matas Lorenzo, S.C. in Mexico.
